This class will focus on safe and effective stretching techniques for improved flexibility and stability and sustaining strength required to support one’s hypermobility. With improved flexibility and muscle control, you will achieve a greater range of expression and movement possibilities on pole, silk or simply in your daily activities. Specific attention will also be given to one’s body alignment. This class will teach you to gradually advance on your shoulder, back, leg and hip flexibility and how to execute and hold standing poses, inversions lime elbow stands and chest stands. OPEN TO ALL WANTING TO ACHIEVE A MORE FLEXIBLE PHYSIQUE.

Attention is also given to building upper body and core strength as well as flexibility to help in your pole skill progress and pole flow. NO POLE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Learn new trick variations and more intricate pole flow. Expect advanced strength and flexibility conditioning to help build stamina and improve pole skill progress.
Explore your artistic side in the air! Aerial silk is a circus art discipline now being introduced as the newest way to elevate ones level of strength, flexibility and endurance with creativity and fun. This class will teach you how to climb, wrap roll and strike poses using a special fabric suspended from the ceiling. No previous experience needed since there are tricks and conditioning for people of all fitness levels. Wear tight fitted and stretchy top and leggings that cover the knees, torso and underarms. Any loose clothing may get in the way. Do not use hand lotion before class.
(aka Lyra) is a circular apparatus suspended from a single point. Build strength, showcase flexibility and learn to flip, turn, roll, pose and transition between positions. Classes begin with basic skills and conditioning and gradually progress into fluid choreographed sequences.
Are you craving practice time on pole? Then open pole is ideal for you as it provides you an opportunity to TRAIN INDEPENDENTLY outside of class hours, solidify your moves and build a community with other pole enthusiasts. An instructor will not be present and minimum of three students required.
